The City of St. Joseph is accepting resumes for a Residential Rental Inspector (Inspector).
This position involves conducting an average of 40–60 residential rental inspections per
month. The role includes a variety of routine and technical tasks related to scheduling,
inspecting, and determining compliance with the International Property Maintenance Code
(IPMC) and applicable City ordinances governing residential rental units.
