Gaines Charter Township is seeking applicants for a full-time Building Inspector. Starting salary range is $34-$36 per hour.
This position will perform site inspections of buildings and structures in the process of construction or repair, to ensure compliance with approved plans, applicable state and local building codes, and other ordinances as specified. Individual will enforce codes and ordinances to ensure that work standards (i.e., quality of material, workmanship, and safety precautions) are maintained.
