- The meeting was Called to order by METRO President, John Frei at 9:10 AM.
- Approval of the minutes from the last meeting
a. Changes or deletions. None
Motion to approve by Art with Support by Jeff – All in favor. - Non-agenda items.
a. No class in October – Go to COCM
b. Are there any new members or visitors? Kentwood has a new Building Inspector. Welcome
Demetrious. - New Business:
a. The Board continues to work with the Web developer for the METRO website. Registration and
Payment may be viable but working on certificates. - Today’s class is:
a) Building Codes 101and 102. 3 hours Technical
b) Instructor, Benedetto Tiseo. - Treasury Report: None but transfer of documents to the new treasurer has been made. This report
will be available at the November meeting. - St Joseph is looking for a part-time Building Official.
